Shanghai
SinoUnited Hospital

A private general hospital on the Bund, in central Shanghai — and the home of SinoUnited Health's CAR T-cell therapy program. A real hospital in the middle of the city, not a clinic on its edge.

The hospital

A general hospital, in the center of the city.

Shanghai SinoUnited Hospital is the first general hospital under SinoUnited Health. It sits on the Bund, one street from Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street — in the center of the city, not on its edge.

The hospital occupies approximately 10,000 square meters across six floors, with nearly 30 general and specialist clinics. It provides outpatient, surgical, 24-hour emergency and inpatient services.

Where you'll stay

A single room, and someone with you.

Every ward is a private single room — and the detail that matters most to a family traveling together is built into each one.

A sofa bed in every room

A family member can stay overnight.

Every room has a sofa bed, so a family member can stay through the night — no sleeping in a hotel across the city while your treatment is underway. The rooms are designed and managed to the standards of a star-rated hotel, and the inpatient department also has VIP executive suites with two bedrooms and a living room.

An exclusive single room, kept fresh and quiet.

All wards are single rooms — an exclusive, independent space with a quiet environment, in-patient butler service, and 24-hour security. Rooms range from about 25 to 60 m², on the 3rd and 4th floors.

The hospital has an advanced ventilation system that draws in outside air and filters it in stages, so the air in your room stays fresh and sterile — a real consideration when your immune system is compromised.

Three meals a day, to a plan.

The hospital cafeteria provides three meals a day, following the treating physician's advice and professional dietary guidelines — with controlled use of oil, salt, sugar and MSG. The aim is natural ingredients with varied nutrition, built around each patient's needs: vegetables, fruit, seafood, meat, eggs, beans and nuts.
